We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following requirements:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • All original tactical tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be free from any signs of field use or damage.

How to Process a Return

  2. Receive Label: Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid DHL return shipping label at no cost to you.

  3. Ship: Pack the items securely and drop them off at your nearest DHL service point.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Stockholm facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Most banks and credit card providers process refunds within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

To provide the fastest service for our B2B clients and individual professionals, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size or replacement item immediately.

Damaged or Defective Goods
